It was instinctive for her to lean back away from Steve when he was trying to get her to stay in bed. She couldn't lie down again, she had to keep moving, he just didn't understand. Steve didn't know the war, he hadn't lived on the run from the Sentinels...

But Steve wasn't part of that war. He was from after that, wasn't he? Her head was aching and everything else felt just as awful. She didn't have the time or energy to sort out the conflicting details.
