It was a bit surreal to have Steve run away just seconds after proposing, but Rogue really wasn't all that surprised. He was a bit quirky at times, her soon to be husband, and she did so love that about him. She actually found it a bit comical to watch him dash off like that, and she was still smiling when he returned and got down--

Tears filled her eyes and she tried her best to hold them back, because she really wanted to see that damn ring and see him and damnit, she was crying and there was no stopping it. "Well, I don't know, sugar," she replied, trying to make a joke despite her watery, silly grin. "I might have to think about it a little."
